Very good again!

We rented this property 4 years ago, and we would rent again. Everything as advertised. Pool guy came to service twice, and communication with Ernest always available. Beach is a few steps away, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets minutes away.

Best time ever

This place is very relaxing and comfortable for a family of 9. Enough space to do different things. The hosts are amazing, they definitely care and try to take care of things when they occur. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful Playland

This is an excellent location for families or smaller friend groups to enjoy. The pool and outdoor patio and semi-private beach occupied most of our time. We found the people of Rincon to be friendly and welcoming. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. The house managers (Ernest and Kimmie) are friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Perfect location

Perfect place for socially distanced lounging time on the west coast of PR. Lovely private pool and semi-private beach without many people and plenty of space. Grill needs to be fixed, but otherwise kitchen and equipment top notch. Would love to stay again in the future.

Oasis – True Bliss

Amazing!!! My family and I stayed at Beachside Villas, and we loved every second there. From the pool to the rooms and the sound of the waves all day we could not have picked a better place. The rooms are spacious, clean, organized, and well-stocked for guests. Two whole kitchens! Fully stocked with cookware and spices. All three bathrooms were clean smelled great and had all we needed from body soap to the towels. This place is more than you can imagine! The pictures do not do justice. It’s much more than what you capture. We heard the waves all day and night. At night we gazed at the waves from the huge top balcony, it was an aww moment the first night we stayed. The pool wow!! Warm and clean huge big enough for my family and I to enjoy a game of volleyball and swimming. The water was a perfect temp. We hung out by the pool at night and it was so peaceful, hearing the waves crashing on the beach and my family laughing in the background I personally could not have been happier to have chosen Beachside Villas. The beach was 26 steps from the house, literally right behind the house! You can smell the beach from inside the house. Mmm amazing feeling to wake up to. Kimmy the managing host she is a doll! We had the lights go out due to a storm and she and her son made sure we were safe. She made a few trips to the house in the mid of the storm to bring us flashlights and candles, toiletry everything we might have needed including a generator and gasoline for the generator to power the house. Ooh and some adobo! To cook lol. She and her son made us feel like family! Both Kimmy and her son were out there in the pouring rain to power up the generator to insure we had air conditioning for us to sleep old in our rooms. From locals in the area to the atmosphere it is just pure bliss it’s almost like you forget that you’re on vacation more like you are in your own fantasy of what tropical life should be. They are not enough words to describe the feelings my family and I had while sharing the space in PR.  We will be back and staying in the future at Beachside Villas (Dream home). We loved it!!! Charming, comfortable home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, well-furnished home with beautiful outdoor space. The pool was refreshing, and the balcony was the perfect place for our morning coffee and viewing sunsets after a day of snorkeling, surfing, and scuba diving. There was plenty of snorkeling gear, and beach towels. And pool floats are provided. Kim, the property manager was very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. There were lots of roosters that crowded continuously. Earplugs were helpful and necessary for a good night’s sleep.

Great Getaway

The house accommodated our needs. It was comfortable with plenty of space. The bedrooms were all spacious with their own air conditioning units which was important to us. The house was clean and had all the necessities we required. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean which was only a few feet away. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the Rincon area.

Great Family Rental

The house was perfect for our needs. A family with 3 kids stayed upstairs and grandma & grandpa took the apartment downstairs. The covered patio by the pool was where we spent all our time and took our meals. It is nicer than the picture indicates. The kids loved the pool and the starfruit fresh off the tree. The house was very well stocked, except no oven upstairs and no dishwasher. We were feeding 7 people and a dishwasher would have been nice. The property is close to groceries, a local dive shop, and nice beaches. It has a nice little “private” beach just steps away, but it’s flanked by properties that were ruined (presumably) by the hurricane, which made for a kind of sad view. Roosters crow in the neighborhood from about 3 am until mid-morning, so you’ve got to get used to that. The sound of waves crashing on the shore is very pronounced at night.

Best swimming beach

The house is great. Very clean, rooms are spacious. The closets were huge! I love the upstairs and downstairs units. This was perfect for my 23-year-old son who was working virtually to have privacy. The wifi is ok, but a bit slow if you need to work virtually. A hotspot worked well for that purpose. The beach is beautiful. Perfect for swimming. Soft sand and no shells or coral that hurts feet. But the beach is very small. About ¾ the length of a football field. The locals told me the beach used to be much longer before Maria. Three houses in front of this lovely beach house were crumbled from Maria, and never cleared, which is not visible in any of the pictures online. But the house still had a perfect location literally steps to the nice clean beach. Sunsets are beautiful. The pool is great! Loved the basketball hoop. It’s well-equipped for cooking and grilling. Property manager is very responsive. There are local grocery stores and fitness centers as well. Also it’s nice to be walking distance to a local sports complex with open track for walking or running, and outdoor exercise machines.

Perfect beach and pool vacation

The rooms were great allowing for everyone in my group to sleep comfortably for the week, complete with real life ocean “sound machine”. There was ample seating out by the pool which was a wonderful gathering place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. They had plenty of beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, sand castle tools, and boogie boards to spend hours on your “private beach” that’s just steps away. This location was great for checking out downtown too. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful spot on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The kids loved the pool, the adults enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The families liked utilizing the two separate living spaces so we could choose to be together or have our own space in the evenings. Definitely will try to book this property again.

Great place

We really enjoyed Rincon. We would stay here again and would recommend the place. Beach is only a few steps away. Pool is really nice. Downtown and beaches are an easy drive.

Absolutely Marvelous Experience

The property is in mint condition, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities, from pool accessories to well-furnished rooms, and secure access. The space layout (2 apartments) allowed for both communal enjoyment and privacy, including virtual work by one of the guests. The property manager, Kimmy, is extremely responsive and accessible. We would definitely return. One detail: we envisioned long walks on the beach but that is not feasible at this time due to nearby damage to the beachfront. One can still go in the ocean, but it’s a very limited stretch. Nonetheless, it is a very short distance from all of the Rincon amenities and other beaches.

We loved this oceanfront, family-friendly home!

Our family rented this property for a holiday getaway. The property manager was super responsive and friendly from booking to arrival and throughout our stay. The home itself had everything you could possibly need from nice plush towels, pool and beach toys, cooking spices, kitchen appliances, and utensils, etc. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable and the entire house was immaculate. We loved hanging out at the pool and visited the beaches in Rincon. It was the perfect place to escape and recharge and we are so grateful to our hosts.

As a family, we take a labor day weekend trip. Last year we chose this house for the first time and we loved it so much that we stayed again this year. Rincon

House was wonderful. Great location being right next to the beach. Loved all the little touches. Like beach chairs, a cooler, coffee, and all the spices she had to cook with. She had a wonderful kitchen and lots of pans and tools to use. Everything was lovely!

Family break

Nice beach house every essential needed is there.

Excellent property, we really enjoyed the stay and hopefully will be back soon.
We really enjoyed the stay, although it was interrupted by the Isaias storm we enjoyed a lot the pool and the beach. Thank you for being empathetic during the storm situation. I can only recommend that although the house is cleaned and very well maintained, it will need soon a deep cleanliness.

Escape
