Vacation Rental Rates

Entire Villa for up to 8 guests (4 bedrooms)

$350/night.

Upstairs Villa for up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms)

$295/night, includes downstairs living area, kitchen and bath.

• Add 10% Holiday Rate for Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Week, Easter, July 4th and July 25th weeks.
• Three-night minimum stay is required.
• Rates do not include a 7% government room tax and a $150 cleaning fee.
• A $250 refundable damage is added at the time of the reservation.
• Rates are subject to change.
