Entire Villa for up to 8 guests (4 bedrooms)

$350/night.

Upstairs Villa for up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms)

$275/night. $295/night to include downstairs living area, kitchen and bath.

Downstairs Villa for 2 guests (1 bedroom)

$175/night. (5 night minimum stay)

When Upstairs & Downstairs Villas are rented separately, poolside areas are shared.

Rates for Holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Week, Easter, July 4th and July 25th weeks may be higher. A three-night minimum stay is required. Rates do not include a 7% government room tax and a $150 cleaning fee. A $250 refundable damage is added at the time of the reservation. Rates are subject to change.
