Both Villa Levels - Sleeps 8, plus 2 to 3 children under age 12:
Nightly rate: $385.
Rates for Holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Week, Easter, July 4th and July 25th weeks may be higher. Rates do not include a 7% government room tax and a $150 cleaning fee.
